Nicola
Dexter is a Stress Management Consultant
and Hypnotherapist working primarily in the
South of England.
Nicola
was born in Derbyshire, England, and now lives in London.
She first became interested in the field of personal development
and healing in 1990 by attending a course called the Landmark
Forum. Over the years she has attended many courses run
by several different organisations which keeps her in a
very positive state of mind and up-to-date with all the
breakthroughs in the healing arena. Nicola says "My
approach to healing is to focus on how we would like our
lives to be, not why we are in the situation we are in!"
She believes that by using the very latest therapeutic techniques
her clients are healed very quickly and the changes in thoughts,
feelings and behaviours are long lasting if not permanent.
